Antioxidant Raw Burgers

Ingredients

Sun-dried Tomatoes- 8 oz. jar

Walnuts - ½ cup

Sunflower Seeds - ⅓ cup

Ground Flaxseed - 1 tbsp

Carrots - 1 cup

Red Bell Pepper - 1 whole

Cumin - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tbsp

Paprika - 2 tsp

Himalayan Sea Salt - to taste

Pepper - to taste

Sun-Dried Tomatoes- Sun-dried tomatoes are not only flavorful, but are packed health benefits. 1 cup has 8g of protein, 7g of fiber, and 39% of recommended daily potassium. They are also loaded with vitamin c, vitamin k, iron, lycopene, and antioxidants.

Walnuts- Did you know that walnuts have a higher antioxidant content than any other nut? Not only that, they are also significantly higher in heart healthy Omega 3 fatty acids than any other nut. They also contain polyphenols that can help fight off oxidative stress and inflammation and the promote a healthy guy through an increase in bacteria that produce a fat called butyrate that nourishes your gut.

Sunflower Seeds- These tasty, little seeds are rich in B complex vitamins, which are essential for a healthy nervous system and provide a good source of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, protein, and vitamin E.
