Kelly Collins is a yoga and wellness teacher on a mission to help raise the collective consciousness through reconnecting and rebalancing the mind-body-spirit with movement, breath work, mindfulness practices, reconnecting to the earth, and a plant-based diet. She is passionate about leading retreats and events that empower women to uncover the deepest parts of themselves and to heal so that they can move forward to flourish and share their gifts with the world.
