This module will help you to find your authentic voice as a teacher and feel empowered as you begin to use it. You’ll leave our time together with more confidence in leading a room and with a clear understanding of why you are teaching yoga and what you want to share with your students.
What’s included:
Guided meditation
Core values & dharma exercise
Active listening & vulnerability exercises
Opportunities to practice using and honing your voice
This workshop is part of Buddhi University (link this out to the BU page under teacher training), our ongoing yoga teacher training.
