Breathwork 101 – the history of pranayama + how different styles of breathwork can affect your mind, body, and spirit
5 energizing practices to cleanse, awaken, and stimulate your nervous system
5 calming practices to balance, restore harmony, and calm your nervous system
Cues for teaching breathwork + an *optional* final in order to receive 6 CEUs and a certificate of completion
2 pure experiential breathwork meditation practices
