I was an avid worker outer. Most of my workouts were running and swimming which lead me in the starting to train for marathons and triathlons. I got burnt out on all the cardio and changed up my workout by strength training and FlowLIFT. Been taking FlowLIFT for about 3 years and got certified to teach almost a year ago. Love the vibe and energy FlowLIFT gives me. When I'm not working out...I'm a mom of 2 amazing boys and love to hang with my family.
